    Linden Avenue's School Counselors

     

    Ms. Mahony, current 5/6th grade School Counselor, is a permanently-certified NYS School Counselor holding a Masters Degree in School Counseling. Prior to working at LAMS, Ms. Mahony worked at Red Hook High School for a number of years.  She comes to us with a wealth of information and knowledge.

    Ms. DiNota, current 7th grade NYS School Counselor, is a provisionally-certified NYS School Counselor holding a Masters Degree from The College of Saint Rose.  Before working at LAMS, Ms. DiNota worked as a School Counselor in the Newtown Connecticut Public Schools. She worked with students at the high school level.

    Mrs. Quaglietta, 8th grade School Counselor is a permanently-certified NYS School Counselor holding a Masters Degree and Certificate of Advanced Study in School Counseling from Plattsburgh State University.  Mrs. Quaglietta is also a Nationally Certified Counselor. Before coming to LAMS, she worked as a School Counselor outside of the Washington DC area for several years with elementary and high school students. Mrs. Quaglietta also serves as our district's Student Services Coordinator.
