• Sports Physicals for 2021-22 School Year

     
    All students planning to participate in athletics will need an updated physical on file for the 2021-2022 school year.  On Thursday August 5, 2021, sports physicals will be available at the High School from 8:00-12:00.  
     
    If your child is planning to participate in a fall high school sport, please make sure to register on FamilyID prior to the physical.  The mandatory Health History information needed for the physical will be in the registration.  
     
    If your child does not play a fall sport, but still would like to get a sport physical on August 5th, please fill out the Health History form and bring it on August 5th.
