Frogs, puppies, pirates, Cats in the Hat, Cliffords, clowns, princesses, and many more were seen at the Kindergarten Book Character parade that was held on January 27, 2012 at Mill Road Primary. Kindergarten teachers and students dressed up as characters from their favorite books and marched in the parade which began in the Kindergarten hall and proceeded to the cafeteria. First and second graders lined the hallways and cheered for their favorite book characters. When the Kindergarten students entered the cafeteria they were greeted by their family and friends. Everyone loved the parade and hope to make it an annual event.
