Computing & Information Technology
The RHCSD Technology Department's mission is to support the district's faculty and staff in computing, printing, data reporting, voice and data communications, and instructional technologies. The Technology Department is staffed by four full-time employees. During the school year, our district-wide team includes three, 10-month technology aides, a Technology Integration Specialist, and four classroom teachers who each receive a stipend as a Technology Assistance Coach to work with their colleagues during free periods.

Monday - Friday: 7 am to 3 pm

Having a technology problem? Please submit a ticket using the KACE Kbox system at http://supportcenter.rhcsd.org. You can access this system when you are at school, but not from home. Your KBox login name and password are the same as your network or email login.
Are you an employee who needs technical assistance while not in one of our buildings? Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Emails sent to this address are typically answered within 24 hours (Monday - Friday).
If you wish to access more of the resources we've created for employees only, you must login to the website using the "Sign In" link at the top of this window.
The Director of Technology's office is available to assist you with questions about the district's Parent Portal by emailing us at email@example.com. We are able to assist with account setup questions and password resets only. If you have any questions about the grades, assignments, attendance or other information available to you in the Parent Portal, you need to contact the student service's office at RHHS or LAMS and/or your child's teacher(s) directly.
Are you or your student in need of technical assistance? Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what you need assistance with. Emails sent to this address by parents or students are delivered simultaneously to the IT Department staff. We will do our best to respond within a few hours during normal work hours Monday through Friday.
