RHCSD Voicemail System

  By dialing our main number of 845-758-2241, you can reach administrators, teachers, and staff members.  When you dial our main number, you will hear a recorded greeting.  At any time during that message, you can enter the person's extension or press 9 to dial by name.    If you are using a rotary phone, please remain on the line and the system will automatically forward your call to a person who can assist you during regular business hours (8 am to 4 pm, Monday - Friday.)   After the initial voicemail greeting, you will be given several options.  They are:   For the Red Hook High School, press 1

For the Linden Avenue Middle School, press 2

For the Mill Road Intermediate School, grades 3 through 5, press 3

For the Mill Road Primary School, kindergarten through second grade, press 4

For the District Office, press 5

For the Transportation Department, press 6

For the Food Services Department, press 7

  If you do not know the extension of the person you wish to contact, stay on the line for assistance OR if you have selected one of the building locations, press "0" to reach a person in that particular building's main office.   Inclement Weather or Other Emergency Notification

  The main greeting on the district's voicemail system will be changed to announce school delays or closings. Please be aware that a large volume of simultaneous calls to the main number may result in occasional busy signals. Please try your call again in a few minutes.
